For COVID-19 safety, I offer virtual remote online services for all of my services, including legal document filing/recording in Florida counties. These services are also for my customer's convenience.
How does it work?
1) Request my service (provide document type and how many pages and stamps needed)
2) I send you an invite to join an online session in the virtual notary platform. You must have access to web and video via mobile device or laptop.
3) You join online session, upload document, verify identity, capture a photo of your unexpired driver's license or state ID, and pay.
4) I join you in the session, we fill out the document together in our designated locations.
5) I stamp electronically and then we are DONE!
It takes about 15 minutes depending on the document.
