FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any customer should know I don't compete solely on price for I value the quality of the work above all else. Pricing is flexible as it pertains to size, complexity of design, and time to execute. Rather than charging by the hour, usually charge based on the time it takes to complete to the customers satisfaction. I am fair, flexible, and transparent on all quotes. There are no hidden charges. Once I offer a quote, I rarely, if ever, change it. If it takes longer than anticipated, I bear that cost. If you're looking for the least expensive, I may not be the right fit. However, if you're looking for an experienced, reliable, friendly, and talented muralist, please contact me. I really enjoy the process of working with clients who know exactly what they want as well as those who discover what they want through consultation. Please do not settle for inexpensive or mediocre work. Invest in a muralist who is committed to quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate with the client however they choose: email, text, video or phone. Photos and dimensions are a tremendous aid. I have no problem meeting with clients in person at their convenience. Before starting, it's always a good idea to agree on a formal proposal that is easy to comprehend. I've never had to rely on a contract, mostly because I've never had a dispute. Signatures and a down payment, and we're good to go. Nothing better than watching the faces of satisfied clients as they see their vision come to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had a wonderful life in the entertainment business in New York and Los Angeles. Painting murals has been part of my artist endeavors since I was a teenager. Although I had formal training in my college years, my best training came from time spent in one-on-one classes with excellent instructors as well as 'on-site' experience. Every project presents a different set of variables.
