FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes for some services we do, but typically our services range is wide so we prefer to price it on individual project basis. So we usually like as many details as possible before quoting, we like to talk with our clients first and hear what their specific needs are, then give a quote based on our talking with them. Just like our one kind art, we believe in treating our clients in the same way, their project is unique just like they are and therefore deserves pricing as such, on a person specific basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy consulting with them over the phone to figure out what the client really wants done, then discuss the options for their project. So It becomes more of a collaboration between us and the clients, versus just doing the the job. That way the client feels involved and is able to get what they want out of the project.
