- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive. We don't pride ourselves on be the "cheapest". With Swift Moves you are paying for quality-we are going to show up on time with full time movers (no day laborers) who are going to do their best to be the best. We have cargo insurance, workers' comp and liability insurance along with all of the state required insurances. Thats the quality paying for!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial booking we do a follow up confirmation email and call two days before the move to answer any questions or adjust to any changes. We try to make the move as stress free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience, experience, experience. Most of our movers have done 1000's of moves.
