Pros: Extremely responsive. Willing to negotiate price. They worked really hard to pack almost our entire home into a 15 foot truck which was incredibly impressive. Cons: I understand things happen and am almost always willing to be flexible. That said, they showed up 5 hours after the agreed upon appointment time. While the need to pack our truck was not completely time restrictive, this left us waiting most of the day for our house to be cleared so we could move forward with the rest of our moving checklist ahead of a cross country move. While prepping for their job, I took the drawers out of a dresser/vanity to make it easier to move down our stairs. They didn't put them back into the dresser/vanity ahead of packing the truck. But they assured me they'd be packed separately with care. Unfortunately, based on how/where the drawers were placed...two of them were destroyed. I had to pay a handyman in our new city to save them. This was extremely frustrating and an expense that could have been avoided had the drawers been placed back in the dresser/vanity before it was loaded.

I would have appreciated a call the day before move to confirm time of arrival. Never received a call. Turns out they have a huge window of 9am - 12pm for arrival lol. I needed a mover to arrive at exactly 9am.
