FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing in an insurance scenario is dictated by an insurance approved software program based on the zip code and other factors of the project. Once the work is complete, and the invoice is produced, we bill the insurance company directly for our services. We offer on-site inspections to all of our local clients and are able to offer discounts to our self-pay clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, once contacted, we schedule a moisture inspection with the client. Upon completion of the inspection, we then report our findings to the client, offer recommendations in order for them to be well informed and assist them in determining their next steps. In most cases, based on the damage and their personal situation, they will then decide whether or not they will file an insurance claim. Once this is determined and our work authorization is completed, we can then begin the work, especially in an emergency situation. In other instances, we will typically schedule a time with the client to begin the project, which often time gives them the opportunity to make personal arrangements that may be necessary. In the case of an insurance claim, once the work is completed, we then send our invoice to the insurance company that we derive from an insurance industry approved pricing program with pricing guidelines. We strive to make the entire process as seamless as possible, thus reducing the stresses and headaches for our clients, in attempt to keep their lives flowing as normally as possible.
