Justin contacted me right away and came out the same day. I had a lot of leaves and pollen in the pool, so he also came back the following day to ensure all debris was removed. I am now on a weekly maintenance plan.

Even when they can’t perform a task they felt they could - they worked as hard as they could and then offered options to resolve issue and went above and beyond to offer extra service complimentary as a courtesy. I have loved every second of my pool service with Pool Optics 🤩.
