- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the area, obstacles in the area, how bumpy or hilly the ground is, access to the area, gate size if there is a fence, how many shrubs/hedges need to be trimmed, etc. The total price to maintain the property for a full year is then divided by 12 and the customer pays that same amount every month of the year.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the company that is going to be on your property is insured, if not, it is your homeowners insurance that covers them while they are on your property. ie: They break a window or hurt themselves or someone else while on your property.
