I can’t say enough about how good this Father & Son owned company is. Excellent work. Prior to hiring them I had another company coming doing my property , they rarely pulled weeds . So KLA thanks to KLA by the end of the day, no more weeds. Worth every penny I pay them.

Ken is a complete scam! We hired him in October 2024 to take care of the lawn and the plants on our property for weekly service. He was able to start right away. Well, now we know why. He asked to be paid each month in advance; however, in November he showed up one and when I call him to ask why he is not coming for service, he said he was "celebrating Thanksgiving" and will come by after the holiday. Then in December, he did not show up for service again. When I contacted him the plants were overgrown and yellow leaves need to be removed. He said he was coming only twice a month during the winter. That was not our agreement. Even if the grass does not need to be cut, there are leaves on the ground to be collected and the plants to be taken care of every week. We hired him for a weekly service which he unilaterally changed to twice a month without even notifying us. At this point, I asked him to cancel his services and refund the money for the month of December. He agreed, but asked me to wait to the following month for the refund because he "only process transactions at the beginning of the month." I agreed. Today is the 17th of month and no refund has been received. When I texted him to ask about the refund, he ignored my messages even though he had read it. So, avoid dealing with this guy and hire a reliable and honest lawn care company. Thats definitely NOT Ken.

WOW ! amazing ! I didn't even expect Ken from KLA Lawn Service to Start immediately ...but he did. :) I couldn't be Happier !!! Now that's EXCELLENT Customer Service !!! Could anything have gone better ? I think NOT !!! I was so disgusted with my past Lawn Service which was Bestway Lawn Service ! and they thought it was funny for me to pay them and they would skip my two little areas in my backyard all the time but they would do only what was visible from the street of my home. Thank you Ken for helping me out in my time of need and God Bless YOU!
