- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing competitive and often lower than most of the competition because I believe in offering high-quality service at a price that feels right for my customers. I don’t believe in price gouging. Quality work is what brings customers back, and I want to make sure you’re getting the best value for your investment. I also offer discounts if you combine multiple services like yard cleanups, pressure washing, and painting. This way, you not only get excellent service but also avoid the hassle of dealing with multiple companies and paperwork. It’s all about building a lasting relationship with my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my process begins with an introduction to understand their specific needs and any issues they may be experiencing with their yard or exterior. I take the time to listen carefully, gathering as much information as possible about what they want to achieve and any challenges they’re facing. To get a better understanding of the scope of work, I will often ask for some photos of the area to help visualize the project. Afterward, we’ll schedule a time for me to visit in person. During the visit, I like to take a hands-on approach by walking through the project with the customer. This allows me to show them what needs to be done, explain the best course of action, and present them with options that fit their needs. A key part of this process is discussing the budget. I understand that everyone has different financial priorities, so I always make sure to align the project scope with the customer’s budget while still ensuring we can achieve the best possible outcome. I’ll clearly explain pricing and work with them to find a solution that works for both parties. Once we’ve agreed on the details, I’ll confirm the schedule and get started on delivering top-quality service. My goal is to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible, ensuring that the customer is fully informed and confident throughout the entire project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Elite Exterior Works, I bring years of hands-on experience, having grown up working alongside my parents on their 10-acre tree farm and large landscaping company in Deltona, Florida. From a young age, I was involved in all aspects of the business, gaining a deep understanding of landscaping, gardening, and other exterior services. Along with my extensive background, I also hold a degree in business management, which helps me stay organized and ensures that everything from scheduling to customer service runs smoothly. While landscaping is at the core of what we do, I’m proud to also work with a skilled team of experts who specialize in a wide range of exterior services, including painting, pressure washing, fence repairs, and roof cleaning. Together, we’re able to handle all your exterior needs, no matter the size or complexity, while maintaining the high standards of quality and reliability that you can trust.
