- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.When you first reach out to us, we gather basic information about your cleaning needs, such as the type of property (apartment, office, etc.), its size, and specific areas that require special attention, such as the kitchen, bathroom, or windows. 2. Based on the information provided, we offer a free estimate. This can be done over the phone or via email. 3. Once all the details and costs are agreed upon, we schedule a time that is convenient for you. 4. After the cleaning, we ask you to leave a review to ensure your satisfaction. If you have any feedback, we promptly address it. 5. If you are happy with the result, we can set up a regular cleaning schedule — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — at a time that suits you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees undergo training in the use of equipment, as well as safety standards for using chemical products. We train them in both standard and deep cleaning. Professional development of our team is an important part of ensuring the quality of our services.
