- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While my range of services may be limited, I strive to provide quality assistance at an affordable price. I value every customer and am willing to work with those on a tight budget. I offer discounts for regular services and am always open to discussing prices based on a customer's specific needs. My goal is to provide quality service at a reasonable price so that customers are satisfied with the result and feel their needs have been met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a higher education in business from Ukraine and I have been running my own business for 8 years. My family and I moved to the United States earlier this year to start a new life from scratch and be in a more secure environment. I am fluent in Bulgarian, Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian languages. Currently, I am actively learning English to improve my communication skills and provide better service to my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I arrived in the US with my family in March of this year from Ukraine and I am currently looking for any opportunities to earn a living and support my family. Working in various areas of home assistance gives me this opportunity and I would be grateful for any work.
