- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Honestly, we're never going to be the least expensive. We love our clients and have a large repeat client base because we're good at what we do and they like(or don't mind anyway:-) having us in their homes. We're insured, work quickly as a team, we're friendly, clean, quiet, and love dogs(we like cats too!).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client contacts us, we get to work. As soon as we have an idea about their project, we start looking up materials costs and looking at the process, no matter how big or small the job is. We like to have an idea of costs so we can be as up front as possible. So, there's a lot of texting and some phone calls!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of us have been learning about, and using tools since early childhood. Lee has a degree in engineering management and has received certifications throughout his adult life. Bee has been installing, building, and fixing things full time for several years. We're both also Licensed Home Inspectors!
