- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a competitive company. We generally have a $49 service fee that gets waived after being hired with a deposit. We do offer senior and veteran discounts when mentioned before proposals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is setting up an estimation date and time with a one hour travel window in between. For instance, a late morning time schedule frame would be between 10 and 11 AM. Discussion of the project will take place in the building of the project to be performed of. A digital estimate will be provided via email or text message with a deposit request to lock in on a start date. All forms of payment are accepted via Zelle, Venmo, credit card, check, and cash.
