- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept Cash or Zelle/Venmo. Payment is made the day before or on the specified day BEFORE the start of the event. Date bookings are free, we don't require a deposit if the date is available. However, if another client appears on the specified date, we request a deposit in the amount of a quarter of the cost of the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We need to know how many hours and how many musicians you need for the event. 2) We need to know is event indoor or outdoor 3) All song selections should be done at least one week before the event.
