- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on type of event, amount of people, whether the charcuterie will serve as appetizers or main and location. We also have fixed pricing for charcuterie boards and boxes, based on size (serving certain quantity of people).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it's via phone, e-mail, sms or in person, we capture your specific needs in the best way possible, reconfirming to ensure we can deliver according to and striving to over deliver.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started a couple of years ago as a hobby for an End of Year party, which was very well received. After that I decided to professionalize and studied the art of charcuterie through courses as well as on the job. I welcome feedback to ensure I stay relevant and alert to my clients' needs.
