Namaste friends 🙏 My name is Michael and I've been teaching and practicing yoga for almost 10 years with 700hr certification in Hatha, Vinyasa, & Meditation teachings. My intent is to create an *experience* for my clients. Yoga is more than just the physical practice and this is why each session with me will consists of breath work, meditation, and of course, lots of fun postures to strengthen & stretch the body!

Imagine flowing together with your friends & family. We start by opening up our bodies and expanding our hearts through a 60 minute yoga class. Next, we follow up with a customized brunch of organic, healthy juices, pastries, and snacks all decorated with custom tables, comfy pillows, flowers, and all the fine details! The perfect event for groups, couples, or corporate outings.

From a recent Harvard study, close to 75-90% of doctor visits are stress related. From this, 45% lead to chronic illness. This is where yoga comes in to save the day! The antidote to stress = REST. Each session with me will not only challenge you physically, but we'll also use meditation, breath, and sound healing to ensure you are rested, rejuvenated, and balanced.
