- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We go the extra distance because we have pride in our work. Everything we do is handled with care and most of all we want the folks we work with to feel very comfortable in front of the camera.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to touch base on the phone but most important if possible meeting in person is usually the best way to get to know each other. We feel we are being trusted with peoples special events and getting to know them better before the event helps give each project a more personal touch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 25 years of experience in the field, have been involved in dramatic features, documentary films, educational videos, corporate videos Network TV, indie films. Now Wedding videos, retirement ceremonies pretty experienced in all forms.
