I came to Jenny seeking help due to the fact that I suffered from Bells Palsy (paralysis of the facial nerve, causing muscular weakness in one side of the face.), I was so stressed out I was willing to try anything at this point to get some relief for my condition, When I contacted her she responded within the hour and offered me an appointment to see her within a few days, she was honest with me and told me shed never worked with a client that had Bells Palsy but she was willing to use those days before my appointment to do some research on it, the day of my appointment I was so nervous and didnt know what to expect but once I finally met with her, she was extremely nice, professional and made me feel very comfortable, I still continue to see her and each time shes done an awesome job, My face is almost back to 100% and I have to give Jenny the credit for helping me (my face) get to where is it today.
