FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates and walkthroughs are free. I want to take the time to educate and inform you of the the information involved with the project you want completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to get as much information as I can at first contact. I ask about what work they want done, what equipment they might or might not have, and provide as much details as I can on how I can help them achieve what they want to achieve. I offer free estimates/walkthroughs so I can educate them on the type of work they want done and what I can do to help. After we get the equipment we need, we set up and installation date and proceed from there. The client only pays when he/she is satisfied with the work performed at the end of the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in this industry for over 10 years. I started off building cables off-site, to helping on job sites when I could, to working with an I.T company for a few years before jumping into operating as an independent contractor on my own. I was being subcontracted by several different companies and I discovered being an employee of just one was very limiting. So I decided to start my own business and I absolutely love what I do for a living.
