Mike was very personable and if I could give 10 stars I would. I reached out to a total of 3 handymen & Mike with Uncle Mikes was the first to respond. From the time I connected with Mike to the end of the repair, I felt like I knew him for years. Although I was in a meeting, my mother met Mike to assist with the logistics of the garbage disposal repair. Overhearing the conversation, Mike was respectful, professional and funny. After the repair was completed efficiently, my mother asked me did I know him and Isaid no just met through Thumbtack, so that says something on how personable Mike is. Hopefully nothing else needs replacement, but Uncle Mikes will be the first contact we will make.
