Vladimir Kovalev was our service tech. He was very mindful, punctual to his appointment and upfront with repair that he is going to perform with the cost estimate and the time it takes. He was reasonable based on the type of service I needed for the refrigerator. I would highly recommend this LocalPRO business based on the experience, I have, they went above and beyond in my opinion. I bet you will not be disappointed if you give them a try.

I will start with the positive:
The customer service was amazing, and quick! My technician was so kind and extremely knowledgeable!
Now the negative:
They estimate $60 for a service call. My technician used no parts and was here around an hour. Somehow that equated to $240.

I would recommend LocalPRO appliance repair to anyone needing assistance. I needed to find a company fast to fix our fridge since we have our house up on the market and selling the fridge with it.
