We had some difficulties getting my laptop screen repaired. Since it's an extremely fragile operation, it came as no surprise to me when the new screen broke upon installation. So we tried a second time, and that one broke as well. John was completely professional. He apologized and refunded his fee. He traveled to my house twice on this deal, so I'm sure he took a bit of a loss on the project. So I want to thank him for being so nice. Even though my laptop isn't perfect, I can use it now where I couldn't before. Thanks, John!
