I have had Pavel work on a few appliances for me. He responds almost immediately and shows up when he says he will. This last time the compressor on my fridge went out on Saturday night and I called him Sunday morning. He was out to diagnose the problem by noon. After some back and forth with Samsung and being told it would be a week before “their” repair people would come out, I had Pavel order the part and he came at 7:30am the day after it arrived to install it. Don’t even wait for another quote, just hire him.
