Tried to coordinate a call for a week but he apparently works another job during the day. Evenings were inconvenient for me and I’ve been on vacation since Wednesday. I received a rude/unprofessional message. I will be gladly taking my business elsewhere.

I have so many positive reviews on Thumbtack, please don’t judge me by this one. I called client 3 times at agreed upon times and no answer or call back. I’m not sure what else I could do, I wished client well with her event.
