I would give A+ Mold Remediation 10 stars for their work if I could! I got a call about water leaking from upstairs and within 20 minutes the entire two floors were completely flooded and not just with clean water, with SEWAGE water. Panic set in, and the first place I turned to was a friend who gave me a good water restoration company. I called John and within an hour he was on site and ready to go. John and his crew made the process so simple and easy, I could not be more grateful! John is honest, efficient, and on top of everything at all times. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a program called xactimate 28 and I have also given verbal bids depending on the size of the job. Xactimate is recognized by home owners insurance as an industry estimating program and is used by 95% of the Insurance Companies out there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to listen to find out what the needs of the customer are and then I like to communicate what I can provide for them and what a job might entail so there are no surprises. I also communicate the estimate which I create on a software estimating program which reflects detailed information about the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Florida State Mold Remediation License. IICRC s500 and s520 standards for cleaning and restoring. WRT certified. CMI, CMRC, health and safety technician, NADCA certified. Many courses and CE classes in regards to this industry. College: Studied business and Accounting
