FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set per session and includes more than just the time spent in training. It covers programming, planning, access to our training app and materials, and health and wellness consulting. We also offer up to 20% in stackable discounts to make our services more accessible. You can find all discount options on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to discuss your goals, health history, and fitness level. Our team focuses on safe, effective, and customized programs to help you reach your goals, with ongoing support and guidance.
