Very pleased with our system , solar specialist has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process . Especially during the hurricane . Jonny Filpo explained how everything would be done to the T . He did not over promise anything and explained everything exactly how it went . Don't get anything from this company. Bad service and don't appreciate there customers. The manager e er available to talk. If you have a problem with the system they hide under the warranty to no provide fast and efficient service. They lie to you from the begging telling you going to get a rebate from the government when really the IRS keep the money .

Good afternoon. We apologize but the slow response is from LG for your battery, not Solar Specialist. We have come out free of charge and started the claim on your behalf. We are keeping on them as we do all manufacturers to fulfill their warranties.
As for the Federal Tax Credit, this was explained very thoroughly both verbally and on your documentation from the beginning that we are not tax professionals and to always seek advice from a tax professional you trust. Your solar installation is definitely eligible for the Tax Credit, so we highly recommend seeking another professional educated better on the Solar ITC. If you do not have one we can send some we recommend, and they may be able to amend past returns in order to get the tax credit that others did not know how to apply for correctly.
We took a look at your solar in the monitoring portal, and it looks as though your solar is kicking butt and taking names while we await LG to send an RMA replacement. We will keep in touch when it ships out to us and get you scheduled.
