100/10 would recommend! Kessia has been amazing to work with. She is very responsive and has delivered on the expectations that she has set. She came over for an initial consultation for a 4 bed/3 bath home and afterwards provided a detailed breakdown of the service plan that we both agreed would be best suited for my household.
I work from home and I thought that it might be an issue, but it wasn’t at all. I had an important conference call and she made sure to tackle that area first and move to the 2nd floor so when my call started I had a clean desk and no distractions.
I had even left my master bedroom messy and told her not to worry about it because I just didn’t have the time to pick up everything. Kessia went the extra mile and picked everything up and put it away into my closet for me to deal with later and made sure my room looked as good as the rest of the house.
