Introduction

I am an experienced Licensed Home Inspector with an FAA Certified Drone inspection license and certified to do 4-Point Inspections, Wind Mitigation and Infrared Thermal Moisture intrusion inspections. The Client’s safety when moving into a house is a high priority. I am punctual and deliver my reports in less than 12 hours after the Inspection is completed. My reports are detailed but give a short summary if there are areas that do not fulfil the safety and security requirements.

Anton performed 11 month home warranty inspection. He provided the comprehensive report. He found deficiencies which were missed by the inspector ( inspection was done before the house was purchased). We are very please with the service. Highly recommended.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Home Inspector, certified to do Wind Mitigations and 4-Point inspections as well as a FAA Certified Drone pilot to do detailed Roof inspections and to provide aerial footage of the house as a bonus if needed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a Company where I did detail estimates for home repairs as well as home Inspections. I always dreamed to start my own business and build better relationships with my clients. My business is expanding rapidly because of excellent service and communication with my clients.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just loved doing a detailed Wind Mitigation and 4-Point Inspection for clients which ensured a discount on their Insurance.
