Introduction
My name is Rob Quay - I've been providing handyman services for over a decade. I started along side my grandfather, who had his business 30 years. We were the only company for a large retirement community in Ocala. With a little over 1400 homes, we stayed very busy and loved every minute of it. I take pride in helping people bring their projects to life and doing it the right way.
I also help clients choose the perfect exercise equipment for their needs. I can inspect/test any and all used equipment before purchase, help outfit your own gym at home or in a business setting as well. I offer pickup, delivery, assembly and repair on all exercise equipment.

Rob is AWESOME! We needed 2 ceiling fans replaced, 2 TVs mounted, a light fixture replaced, and our kitchen sink faucet/garbage disposal replaced. He responded right away and came out the very next day. Super nice guy and does high quality work! Will be using Rob for future needs. Do yourself a favor and look no further... Trust me!

I urgently needed some help getting my mom's condo ready for some termite inspection. From the minute I contacted Rob on thumbtack till the job was completely finished was barely over 24 hours. Rob went well above and beyond the initial scope of work to help instigate and document the extent of the damage in the attic as well. Rob is tech savvy including payment process. He positively impressed my 87 year old mom, wife, and the condo association president. It felt like we were working with a youthful family member with skills and tools. Not sure how this episode will unfold going forward but I will have no hesitation in hiring him to help with this or other projects in the future. He is even wanting to stay informed and willing to help support with advisory consulting just to help us with the resolution going forward.

I wish I could give ten stars! Rob responded right away when I posted my project. He came up with a very accurate quote based on my description. He kept in touch with me as I tried to set my move date and jostled his schedule to accommodate my needs. When the time came, he gave me a heads up that he might be delayed by traffic. He was a little, but I was in a shambles trying to finish packing, so it worked out. Please don't be like me! I was so disorganized and unprepared he would have been totally justified throwing his hands up and walking away. But Rob didn't. He took charge of my mess, got it loaded and kept me going. I doubled the scope of the project at the last minute (please don't be like me!) and he took it in stride. He came up with a price adjustment that was more than fair and I Zelled him the additional money. Towards the end of this fiasco, I was seriously contemplating just setting the rest of my belongings on fire. But Rob jogged past me up the stairs with my sofa on his back and encouraged me to finish the job. We got it done. Well, Rob did. He was truly amazing! Courteous, professional, efficient and even cheerful, somehow. I am so grateful and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Thanks, Rob!
