- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cooked in the army for three years, I attended NYIT college for culinary arts, worked five years at a hospital as a chef while at the same time I continued to build my caterings service on the side.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been cooking since I was 9 years old always love to do it never felt like a job so I stuck with it.
