Moulton's - Andre responded quickly to my request to remove, dispose of, and install a new LG through the wall AC/Heating unit! He was very efficient in scheduling, communication, and being on time! The service tech came out and the first thing he did before entering the house was take off his shoes. It might not seem like much, but the fact that he respected the house was greatly appreciated by my Asian wife. Next, he addressed the issue and assessed the damage as soon as he got there, getting right to the diagnostics of the problem and explaining what was happening and why along the way. I felt more like I was in class watching a master of the craft take care of business while answering my and my 4yo’s questions along the way. It took him less than 30min to fix the issue despite those distractions. It wasn’t until later that I realized that I wasn’t just dealing with a tech, but the company owner. Very polite, humble, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend MOULTON for friends and family.
