- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want my customers to completely satisfy and if pricing is an issue, I would be willing to negotiate a price so that we both can be satisfied. Also, perform a top notch job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key to success. I explain to my customers every step of the process. From the beginning of each job, I tell my customers what I am going to do. For instance, I vacuum each house before applying the pre-spray for all carpet cleaning jobs. Other companies would ask you to vacuum your carpet first before they professionally clean it. I use the Drymaster state of the art technology to extract and vacuum.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and licensed to use the Drymaster machines and products.
