After speaking with them on the phone they agreed to the prices of the 6 locations and then back out right before the first service date was due. I not recommend

Hey Mr. Steven, but what you forgot to mention was you weren't clear on what all needed be done until after I gave a price on regular maintenance (pickup trash, mow, string trim, edge, blow-off). I wasn't able to see the contract and all the details until after I gave prices. HUGE red flag. You wanted our company to do a $300+ service for each location for $75. Your company (Mirror Lawn Turf Doctor) has a track record of not paying their sub contractors (simple google search). I talked with each manager at each location in Tallahassee. They all said the same thing. They couldn't keep lawn companies because your company wants to pay their sub contractors pennies on the dollar for the work to be performed and then after work is performed you don't want to pay. Good luck with that!
