- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on time and effort we put into the project. materials for the job are at home owners expense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Luther will walk you through all the work he feels needs to be done, check in with you to approve or disregard and once price is agreed upon he will begin working. Projects usually take 4-5 hours. Handyman jobs are a minimum of 2 hours at $25/ an hr.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our most recent training was water care where we learned how to maintain and manage hot tubs. We are currently working on aboveground pools. Luther has experience with most jobs that require small repairs.
