Can’t say enough good things about Juan. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me, trying to help restore power to my dryer. In the end, it was determined it made more sense to invest in a new appliance due the age of the dryer and the cost of parts and labor. He could have easily charged me $500+ for labor & parts. Instead he gave me his valuable time and honest advice for free. I will definitely call him for any future appliance repairs.

Had a great and quick experience with JC Repair. They assessed my grandmothers washer and quickly found the issue. Juan came to trouble shoot the problem on Friday. He came back with the part the following Monday. He installed the part and found out the new part was bad so took it back and got another one that day and returned. That fixed the problem. We are so grateful.
