- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With my many years of experience on every brand. I'm able to correctly diagnose the problems usually after speaking with the home owner. This allows me to save the customer from having to pay for additional labor and non necessary parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A conversation of their issue on the phone. Then an appointment date and a time convenient to the customers schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Too keep up with the technology of new appliances. I attend the regional factory trainings.
