Jisel is an absolutely amazing trainer! I started 3 months ago and i can say I see a HUGE difference in my appearance, health, and strength! she knows how to have fun and make you feel comfortable while making sure your job as her client gets done. I have tried my entire life to lose weight and have always been heavy. Jisel really taught me how to change my relationship with food all together and to use it as fuel rather than a comfort item. She has been amazing in helping me meet my step goals and make our workouts fun and challenging. I have lost 68lbs so far and now want to build back more muscle!
