I’m a Professional in Culinary Arts and a Chocolatier. As a Culinary Artist I’m a Professional Cook, Pastry Chef, and Baker. Add to this Pro Chocolatier. I’m trained in all areas of Gastronomy and been in the industry since 2009. I love cooking delicious beautiful food and I also like to cook healthy food. I’m into nutrition, gut health and fermentation among other interests. I studied in Argentina so you know I make the best BBQ you’ll ever have. My favorite to work with Chocolate and Pastry, however I have most experience in haute cuisine, baking is just fun, fermentation is a passion of mine and I also love wine tasting and pairing making me a very well rounded chef to bring you the best experience possible, have a wonderful time and create beautiful memories together.
