- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I’m very flexible and I offer referral discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll introduce myself. Ask them a couple questions with regards to the type of service they need and how soon they need it. Also, I’ll ask for as many pictures as possible to provide a free quote if doing an on-site visit would delay the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having moved a few times myself as well as helping friends and family move, a lot of stuff gets left behind and I was able to help get rid of all of it. So I decided to start doing the same thing for others.
