- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more frequent you use my services, the better rate you will receive. I also do referral bonuses as well. I offer weekly and bi-weekly services only. I set you up with the same day of the week and same time frame of arrival. We never cancel, so expect us to be on time on your set day of the week. I feel the reliability of my service is what sets me apart from other cleaning companies. If I tell you I will be at your house on a certain day, no need to call or text, I will be there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we agree to meet, I will drive to the residence to offer a free estimate and discuss how frequent the service is needed. Prices are determined on how frequent a client would need me to clean. I can also give you a quote right away with this application. Message me through Thumbtack and, I can can text you back my availability and price within 20 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I rely on my hard work and dedication to each task, to show my value to the customer. I am just looking for a chance to show you my worth. I appreciate any opportunity to grow my business. My clients are my family and I try to show that in every cleaning appointment.
