Ivonete showed up 2 hours after the scheduled time to clean my home. She also changed the quoted price to $550 AFTER she cleaned my home. She had quoted me $350-400. We scheduled a deep clean and were very dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning. She broke my husband's helicopter collectible after I had paid her for the cleaning and stated "I am not going to finish cleaning in here so I don't break anything else." After she left we noticed pieces of the helicopter floating in our aquarium, she had shattered the glass lid and never told us. Needless to say a very disappointed customer here.
