- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions is important about the work they want. Then I can think of different scenarios and discuss the ideas. Drawing sketches to help the customer understand the scope of the work. Some customers need visuals, and sketching. Drawings help. Explaining the process of a job also helps the customer to understand. Discussing the job sometimes brings out an unexpected issue the potential customer may not have been aware of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Manhattan Vocational Technical High School and graduated as the top cabinet maker. I’ve worked in various cabinet shops. I graduated from the Carpenters Union as a journey man. Since then learned different skills/trades.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
No specific customer type matters. What’s important is that you need a job done. I’m willing to perform the job at your expectation. I’ve done work for contractors, teachers, lawyers, doctors, and ordinary people like you and me.
