We decided to go with F&L Builder construction for a full kitchen, two bathrooms remodel, and master bath vanity upgrade, and what a smart choice we made! The whole team were exemplary and exceptional from start to finish, and we are super pleased with the final result. - Fabio y Livia as project managers are extremely responsive and supportive to our needs. They are very easy to reach with the Whatsapp Group Chat and are always available to respond through chat and calls. Any issues come up, we just text Fabio and Livia and they will take care of it. They communicate to us regularly the schedule for the week so we know what to expect and can plan our schedule accordingly, which we really appreciate. Their timeline of the project is on point as we are able to complete and finish everything on schedule, with every details as we wanted. - were very helpful in the design process, taking us through the choices for the bathroom tiles/fixtures/kitchen countertops, as well as working with us diligently and patiently through the elevation planning. - This crew were amazing. From demolition until the end, the crew showed professionalism and expertise on all aspects of the remodeling. They worked tirelessly throughout, sometimes in 100deg weather and also some weekends while keeping high spirits. The crew is very attentive and will ask for confirmation prior to completing items. They do not hesitate to point out concerns/discrepancies on the plan and it actually allowed us to catch issue early on to correct. Our remodeling actually increased in scope by additional flooring work throughout kitchen, dining area and walkway, as well as relocating an HVAC vent pipe to another wall in the bathroom. Even with this added scope, the project stays within the original estimated time (8 weeks total).

We have had Fabio and his team work in every room of our house all the way . From the start and end of the projects they were professional, timely, always most courteous and professional, and always completely clean up after themselves, even when they are coming back the next morning to work. The work is excellent and complete, and they know what they are doing! The estimates are very accurate and we had no surprise costs during any of the projects. Here are the jobs and time span of which they did for us: We were moving into a new house that had very bad cigarette smoke odor throughout the home. It was a big job: prime & paint inside walls, install recessed lighting, crown moldings, baseboards, wainscoting with beautiful molding around top, toilets, medicine cabinets, light fixtures, remove and replacce bath mirrors, install ceiling fans where there was only light fixtures previously, install wall mounted t.v. and surround sound, paint bathroom cabinets and chose and installed beautiful hardware that went with light fixtures we chose, and last but not lease installed a great new kitchen faucet. It was like moving into a brand new home! remove some kitchen cabinets, replace with a window and smaller cabinets, paint all cabinets, chose and installed cabinet hardware (they have excellent taste), installed pull out trash basket where there were previously drawers. replace some old windows Painted exterior stucco and siding, looks amazing and they were done so quickly! Our next project plans are for our guest bathroom remodel!

I had a fantastic experience working with Livia to do a total remodel of the kitchen. After lengthy discussions about our needs, wants, and of course, our budget, and also after performing a detailed survey of our old kitchen, Livia drew up both 2-D and 3-D detailed proposed plans for remodeling our kitchen. Livia sat down with us and described the bases for all her design decisions. After reaching a consensus on the basic layout, Livia then discussed various detail options with us and we quickly settled on a final complete design. Livia was very knowledgeable about the cabinetry brand and product line we chose. She was also very flexible in adapting her design to meet our wishes, truly making it ours. We are very pleased with the results and especially with Livia’s contribution to our new dream kitchen.
