If you want quality work done by a quality individual, you will not do better than Dave Wallace of DW Residential, LLC. We first contracted with him to redo the shower in our master bathroom. The shape of the shower area was irregular, requiring many custom cuts. The end result was OUTSTANDING!! And: the price was right! Subsequently, we had him redo our guest bathroom, where we had the old tub removed, to be replaced by a single large shower area. Once again, a great job..at a great price. Dave keeps you apprised of what's going to happen, when it's going to happen and is easy to reach with any questions which might arise. Further, if you are having problems in selecting tile type, color, etc., he will come with you to the store and help you make a selection! How great is that???? Quality work at a reasonable price...Highly recommend.

DW Residentials team did an amazing job adding an extra room to my house. They did everything from pouring cement on the floor to building the walls. David answered every one of my questions during this process and kept me updated. I will continue to use his company!

Terrible he suggested CBS. Told him CBS was going to be to expensive he said no I threw out a number of where I would like to be. Next day he was meant to meet on property then never showed when asked why he said I don’t think I can do it for your price. Real professional.
