FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I follow the state guidelines for notary fees and have an additional flat rate travel fee. Additional fees apply for services such as scanning, printing, or delivering documents or providing a witness.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I’ll speak or message with the potential client to identify their specific needs. This usually takes 5 minutes. My goal during the initial communication is to best accommodate your needs and identify the logistics to complete a smooth notarization. Often I’ll discuss the process for the service and answer any questions. Next we will discuss fees and schedule the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Florida notary public commission in 2019 and earned my Doctoral Degree in Health Science in 2017. I spent 5 years teaching sports injury care as a professor at a Florida State University. I’m a licensed sports medicine provider with over 15 years experience providing patient care including emergency care to athletes and coaches. I pride myself in becoming an expert in Florida Notary laws and continuing education in cardiac care and conducting research in emergency training.
