- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most general repairs and upgrades on PC desktop and laptop computers we charge a flat rate for OFF-SITE repairs in our shop with pick up and delivery service. ON-SITE repairs at the customer's location are billed hourly with a 1 HOUR MIMIMUM and each additional hour is billed in quarter hour increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to your home or place of business and run a thorough diagnostic on your computer. A diagnostic fee will apply at the time of the service call but will be waived if the customer decides to move forward with the repair. Depending on the problem we can perform the work onsite or if the work is going to take longer than 3 hours (actual or estimated) our technician may request to take your computer back to our shop to complete the repair. For your convenience, we offer LOCAL residential customers pick up and delivery service at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are friendly, professional and knowledgeable because they are all trained and fully certified in the industry's leading technologies with companies such as Microsoft and CompTIA.
