A/C Authority is amazing! I can't say enough about them. Kyle is a true professional and takes great pride in doing the job correctly. My old a/c unit finally broke down and required a $3000+ repair, so I opted to have a new unit installed.Kyle and his crew were very professional, finished the job in 1 day dispite the difficult location of the air handler. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. The installation is very clean and exterior pipes and wires are now protected from the landscapers!Kyle takes the time to explain things and has an unbelievable amount of product knowledge. He never seems like he's in a rush and never made me feel like I was bothering him with questions or concerns (like a lot of contractors do). He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.I will only be using A/C Authority for my future A/C needs!

I had a leak in my refrigerant line. Kyle was amazing! He arrived before his scheduled time. Kyle diagnosed the problem, explained the issue and gave me a fair estimate. As Kyle and Ryan fixed the problem, he kept me informed of everything he did and answered all questions that I had. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I felt great about my experience with Kyle and A/C Authority. Thank you Kyle for such a wonderful repair experience. As I said before, you are amazing! I would definitely call A/C Authority for future service.

I had used the heat for a couple days. When I turned the AC back on it wasnt cooling properly. Kyle came out, found the capacitor that wasnt working and got it system up and going. He even cleaned the air exchange vent in the house for me.But here is what I most appreciated. He answered all my questions and explained in detail what I needed and wanted to know. If I needed more information he had it. I had questions about filters and air quality. He had answers. He is not a high pressure salesperson. Not at all. He left me information, explained it and the next move is up to me. I really appreciate his attitude, knowledge, and interest in heathy air quality for the homeowner. I am a satisfied customer.
