Thank goodness for Johnny and Getpipemagic! When our late night diy plumbing attempt went wrong Johnny responded immediately to our call for help to Thumbtack world…boy did we find a gem in him! Johnny was responsive, knowledgeable, and made time to come first thing the next morning to take care of our mistakes and install our new shutoff valve under the kitchen sink! Then he went above and beyond to point out our garbage disposal was also an accident waiting to happen and he fixed the hoses to that too! He was also very reasonably priced! Thank you Johnny! Next time we call you BEFORE we try it ourselves!

Responded right away and fixed the sink disposal and re-caulked my sink. I was told the price prior to starting the service so I would what the price would be. The price was higher than I expected, but because I wanted the work done right away I still moved forward with it. The whole service took less than 1 hour. He was very professional and very nice.
